  پی ایم ایس کا امتحان کیا ہے؟ What is PMS exam? زیادہ تر امیدوار اس الجھن میں پڑ جاتے ہیں کہ آیا انہیں CSS کا انتخاب کرنا چاہیے یا PMS کا۔ سی ایس ایس اور پی ایم ایس کے درمیان بنیادی فرق کو سی ایس ایس اور پی ایم ایس کو اختیار کرنے کی بحث سے پہلے صاف کرنا ضروری ہے۔ دونوں ایک جیسے نظر آتے ہیں، لیکن CSS اور PMS امتحان میں واضح بنیادی فرق ہے۔ سی ایس ایس قومی سطح پر مقابلہ ہے جبکہ پی ایم ایس صوبائی سطح پر ہے۔ CSS ایک مسابقتی امتحان ہے جو ہر سال فیڈرل پبلک سروس کمیشن کے ذریعے آٹھ مختلف کیڈرز یا سروسز کے گروپس میں کامیاب امیدواروں کو مختص کرنے کے لیے منعقد کیا جاتا ہے، دوسری طرف Pms  پاکستان کے تمام صوبوں کی صوبائی انتظامی خدمات کے ذریعے کرایا جاتا ہے۔ امیدواروں کی سہولت کے لیے، ان دونوں قسم کے امتحانات کے درمیان فرق کی مختصر وضاحت ہے۔ سی ایس ایس سنٹرل سپیریئر سروسز (جسے CSS یا بیوروکریسی کہا جاتا ہے) ایک اشرافیہ کی مستقل بیوروکریٹک اتھارٹی ہے، اور سول سروس جو سویلین بیوروکریٹک آپریشنز اور گورنمنٹ سیکرٹریٹ اور کیبنٹ سیکرٹریٹ کے ڈائریکٹوریٹ کو چلانے کی ذمہ دار ہے۔ سی ایس ایس افسرا
